Simplemente tomamos Espinaca cruda, un manojo abundante y la lavamos muy bien , cuidamos que no quede tierra o suciedad en las hojas, y la ponemos a escurrir. luego la cortamos en tiras.
Aparte tomamos los champignones crudos, y los lavamos muy bien, los secamos con un paño y los cortamos en láminas mas o menos finas.
en un bowl mezclamos 250gr de crema de leche y 100gr de queso rallado , sal , pimienta negra,y un chorrito de jugo de limón, mezclamos con la espinaca y los champignones y le colocamos croutons por alrededor del plato ..
